Our goal is to provide a transparent and straightforward payment and refund process. We encourage students to use our monthly payment option as a way to experience the program before committing to a longer-term plan.

1. Strict 48-Hour Refund Window

We offer a 48-hour (2 calendar day) window for all refunds, without exception. You are eligible for a full refund of your most recent payment if you request it within 48 hours of the transaction time.

2. Policy by Payment Plan

This policy applies to the initial payment for any plan and to all subsequent recurring payments.

  • Monthly (Pay-as-you-go) Plan: If you are on the monthly plan, you can cancel anytime. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no future payments will be charged. A refund is only available for the most recent payment if requested within the 48-hour window.
  • Installment & Upfront Plans: For installment or upfront payments, the 48-hour refund window applies only to the initial transaction. Once this window has passed, the payment is non-refundable as it represents a commitment to the full program term.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must submit a written request via email to our support team. The request must be sent within 48 hours of your payment. The timestamp of the email will be used to determine eligibility.
